Exchange/Delivery Policy
Queen's Attic Boutique offers exchanges only. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 72 hours after purchase, a store credit will be issued within 10 business days with a receipt only plus a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your store credit. All returns must be received in its original/new condition. Items without a receipt or damaged will not be eligible for a store credit...
For your security please return your item with an insured courier UPS, FED EX, USPS and retain your receipt for tracking purposes. Queen's Attic is not responsible for return shipping fees, original shipping fees, delivery fees, and rush order charges you incurred during your purchases and are non-refundable.
US Shipping/International Shipping
All items are shipped through the United States Postal Service via Priority Mail. Please allow 3-5 business days for deliver after your order is placed. Expedited shipping is available as an option upon checkout.
International Shipping is billed separately, rates can vary from $50-$100 pending location and weight.
Damaged Items
We take great pride in our ability to give our customers quality products and great customer service. We strive to make every customer 100% satisfied because we're thankful for your business. If for some reason your merchandise is damaged while in route, defective, or incorrect, send it back and we will replace the item at no additional charge to you. Please contact customer service at queensatticboutique@gmail.com within 3 business days of receipt.
